According to a recent article that appeared on SHRM, Phil Wainewright, who had recently attended the HR Tech conference in London doubts that most HR departments are ready to deal with the impending changes regarding data. This may be due, Wainewright says, to just how conservative HR leaders tend to be around new technologies and adapting to them, preferring instead to cling to the worn out practices of the past.
