Access Brokers General Proposal Backup Information RFP Terminology

Access - How do I log in?

 

    You will need a userID and password that can be obtained from NetPEO.

Brokers - How do I apply to become a broker?

 

    Press on the "Apply now" link and you will be asked to fill in an information form.
    Once you've submitted this form, a NetPEO representative will contact you shortly.

Brokers - How do I change my' password?

 

    Users can change their own passwords by clicking on the "Change my password" link on the main page. However to do that, they need their original password, if they can't remember what this is, they will have to contact NetPEO.

Brokers - How do I access my RFP's?

 

    You need to be logged into your account first. If you do not have a login id and password, please contact NetPEO.
    Select the "RFP" option on the menu and you will have access to all the RFP's you have online, both "Pending RFP's" as well as "Closed RFP's"

General - I need to enter WC Comp codes, where can I find a list?

 

    The codes are available in a lookup table when you fill in your RFP.
    You can either select the code or the description and the necessary fields will be filled in automatically.

General - I need to enter SIC codes, where can I find a list?

 

    The same as with WC Comp Codes, the lookup table is available when you fill in an RFP. Select either the code or the description and the necessary fields will be filled in automatically.

Proposal Backup Information - Where do I send backup information for my proposals?

 

    You will fax or e-mail any additional backup information to NetPEO. When you submit through this system, there will be a fax cover sheet button at the very end that will give you the list of items needed and what number to fax it to.

RFP - How do I create a new RFP?

 

    1. Login to your account
    2. Select the RFP menu option
    3. Select the "New RFP button
    4. Fill in the required information on all the tabs
    5. Submit the form to NetPEO for a proposal.

RFP - Can I change my RFP?

 

    Yes you can. Provided you have NOT submitted it to NetPEO for proposal yet. Once it is submitted the status of the RFP changes and you need verification from NetPEO. The reason we are doing this, is to ensure that the proposal being prepared for your request include information available to both NetPEO and yourself.

RFP - Can I delete an RFP?

 

    Yes you can. Again, you will need to do this before it is submitted to NetPEO. Once an RFP is submitted to NetPEO, they are the only ones to delete a request totally.

Terminology - What does RFP stand for?

 

    RFP = Request for Proposal

Terminology - What does "closed RFP" mean?

 

    Closed RFP - is the term used for a "Request for Proposal" that has been accepted or denied. In either instance the RFP is closed and not available for further updates.

Terminology - What is a user?

 

    A user is a person that has certain access rights on the NetPEO online system.

Terminology - What is a broker?

 

    A broker is an entity, business or individual that has been approved by NetPEO to be part of the NetPEO network. Such a person can submit proposals to NetPEO for prospective clients.
